1.One on one consultation
There is a set for everything. There are sets for: sleep, nervous system, mental balance, disease resistance, addiction, learning, prosperity, purpose and many more.
This is suitable for anyone who is interested in working on their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. It is particularly beneficial for someone who: has people depend on them, who is looking for inner guidance or who is at a cross road.
You will be creating your future. You will have the strength and awareness to do so.
We will start by having a one on one consultation to determine which set of exercises would be most beneficial for you, based on your needs and likes.
2.I will provide personalized practice material
I will record a full class, specifically for you, that you can use to practice on your own for 40 days.
I will also record a short video you can use in addition to the full class. Or for when you only have time for a short practice.
I will provide a practice card with the steps of the same set written down. You can use this when you already know the set well and just need a little bit of guidance to practice. This is a more independent and personal way of practicing, it is a different experience. It is also takes less time.
3.Practice on your own

Practice on your own using the materials provided. Reach out to me for any support you may need.
Chat in the private what's app group chat and be a part of a like minded community.
After about 40 days we will have a one on one consultation again to determine the new set of exercises for you and the process repeats.
5.Attend the live online classes and discussion sessions
Attend live online class where you will practice with me in a group setting. After the practice we will go over topics such as: modifications, things to be aware and cautious of, how to deal with resistance and other similar topics.
About 3 weeks later we will have a 2nd live online class for the same set. This will be a refresher practice. We will practice together in a group setting and then we will have a discussion on topics like: How did the practice go for you? What changes, emotions, challenges came up? What are some ways to continue to support your practice? The topics will be based on the group's needs.
