1. Attend the 1st Live Online Kundalini Yoga Class and Discussion session

2.Practice on your own with the pre-recorded video

The 1st step is to attend a live online class where you will practice with me in a group setting. After the practice we will go over topics such as: modifications, things to be aware and cautious of, how to deal with resistance and other similar topics.

There will be a full class pre-recorded video, for the kriya we practiced live, that you can use to practice on your own, for 3 weeks until we meet again.

There will also be a short pre-recorded video you can use to practice on your own. You can use this in addition to the full class. Or when you only have time for a short practice.

3.Attend the 2nd Live Online Kundalini Yoga Class and Discussion session

After about 3 weeks of practicing on your own, we will have a 2nd live online class for the same kriya. This will be a refresher practice. We will practice together in a group setting and then we will have a discussion on topics like: How did the practice go for you? What changes, emotions, challenges came up? What are some ways to continue to support your practice? The topics will be based on the group's needs.

4.Practice on your own with the pre-recorded video or the practice card

You will practice the same kriya for about 3 more weeks. on your own. You can practice with the recording like you did on the first 3 weeks. Or you can practice with the practice card. There will be a card with the steps of the kriya written down. You can use this when you already know the kriya well and just need a little bit of guidance to practice. This is a more independent and personal way of practicing, it is a different experience. It is also takes less time.

You will start a new Kriya to practice for 40 days and the process repeats

There is invaluable support that comes from live classes, group discussions and community.

5.Chat in the private group chat

Chat in the private what's app group chat and be a part of a like minded community.
